Labour Rights & Wage Recovery
Representing workers in industrial disputes, wrongful termination, unpaid wages and service matters — argued exclusively from the side of the employee or workman before the High Court of Delhi and labour tribunals.
Legal Aid · New Delhi
A people-powered legal aid foundation defending workplace rights, women's protections and access to justice for marginalised communities across Delhi-NCR.
Our guiding charter
Every brief we file begins with the same promise the Republic made to itself in 1949 — to secure justice, liberty, equality and fraternity for every citizen. It is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the one we hold power to.
What we do
Focused advocacy across the areas where systemic injustice hits hardest — from the factory floor to the courtroom.
Representing workers in industrial disputes, wrongful termination, unpaid wages and service matters — argued exclusively from the side of the employee or workman before the High Court of Delhi and labour tribunals.
Action against workplace sexual harassment under the POSH Act, pregnancy and maternity discrimination, pay inequity and retaliation — with a focus on safe, dignified redress.
Low-cost and pro bono legal aid addressing housing and tenancy rights, caste and gender discrimination, and access to justice for communities the system leaves behind.
The partnership guild
